Sven Fisch

Managing Partner · Property Management

Sven Fisch embodies the craft: more than 25 years in property management, most of them in senior leadership. At a large company he built up the property management division and scaled it successfully for years — shaping the standard we hold every property to today.

From owners' meetings to renovation decisions, he knows every facet of management first-hand. Reliability, clean numbers and service quality are not promises to him — they are his trade.

Khodor Kassem

Managing Partner · Technology

Khodor Kassem is responsible for technology and processes — much of what sets KF Properties apart from traditional managers. His career took him through Europe's largest IT group, with close ties to Germany's leading companies.

That expertise now runs through our operations: digital workflows, systems of our own and structures that grow with every property. His benchmark: management that is as reachable and transparent as a modern technology company.
