Property Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Schwerin / Berlin
HOA & rental management

You run your own portfolio of HOA and rental properties — independently, with our caretaker and construction teams behind you.

Your responsibilities

Run HOA and rental management independently
Prepare and chair owners' meetings
Manage external service providers
Property inspections together with caretakers and construction team

Your profile

Experience in property management
Confident manner with owners and tenants
Structured, self-reliant way of working
Qualification as real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) or similar preferred
