Alexander Oganesyan, born and raised in Schwerin, leads NGI on a foundation rarely found in brokerage: a degree in economics from Freie Universität Berlin, a master's focused on finance and accounting — and career stops at names that carry weight in the German property market.
At Dr. Klein Firmenkunden AG he structured real-estate financing, at BNP Paribas Real Estate he advised investors on apartment buildings and residential complexes, as a valuer at Keunecke, Stoehr & Partner he appraised portfolios — most recently he managed property transactions for discerning private clients at Weberbank AG.
