Do you take on properties you do not manage?

Yes. The caretaker service can be booked on its own — including properties managed externally or by the owners themselves. A management mandate with KF Properties is not required.

Which tasks does the caretaker service cover?

Building care with regular inspection rounds, minor repairs, technical building supervision and coordination with management and construction. We define the exact scope together during the site visit.

What happens in an emergency outside business hours?

Our emergency service is reachable around the clock, seven days a week. It covers both property management and the caretaker service.

Which regions do you operate in?

We work from our offices in Schwerin and Berlin and manage properties from Rostock to Bonn. Whether your property fits is something we clarify in a first conversation.
